The delivered electronic gift card is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition. If your delivered electronic gift card is not as described or not in working condition, please follow the steps outlined in this policy.
This Replacement Policy outlines the replacement process for electronic gift cards that the Customer has claimed to be defective and/or faulty and which is purchased through the portal administered and managed by Volatil3 Technologies ("BattlePay").
In the event that the electronic gift card purchased by you is faulty and/or defective, please reach out to us at support@battlepay.store within 24 hours of discovering the defect and/or fault in the product.
We will first need to verify that the faulty product is still within its validity and redeemable period. The validity period for electronic gift cards is 1 year from the date of purchase.
Upon confirming that the faulty product is still within its validity and redeemable period, we will initiate an investigation into the issue with your faulty product.
If the investigation confirms that the product is indeed faulty and/or not working as intended, we will proceed with replacing the product. This process typically takes up to 15 working days from the date of your initial email.
